From our office in Dieburg near Darmstadt, we deploy our own operational teams for private clients, companies and lawyers. Our own operational teams and responsibility for delivery
DETIX takes operational responsibility for the delivery and quality of investigative measures. We plan assignments, carry out the agreed measures and document relevant findings. Where required, qualified investigators from our established national and international network are brought in to complement our own operational capabilities.
Our Dieburg office is the central contact for agreeing your instructions. Nationwide coverage does not mean that we maintain our own branches or permanently stationed teams in every city. Locations, staffing requirements and availability are assessed for each assignment.
Investigation services throughout Germany
Surveillance documents relevant events on the ground. We agree the objective, time windows, locations and team size required. If a case extends into another area, we assess the next steps and discuss additional measures with you.
Corporate investigations examine specific concerns and business relationships. Company and individual background checks assess relevant statements, shareholdings and connections, for example before entering a business relationship or where information is inconsistent.
Person and address tracing follows appropriate leads concerning people being sought and current addresses. Previous addresses, reliable identifying details and documented contacts can provide starting points. The scope and prospects depend on the information available.
OSINT and background research examines publicly accessible digital information. We cross-check sources and statements, distinguishing verifiable findings from unconfirmed leads. Digital research and enquiries on the ground can complement each other.
Property, ownership and asset investigations examine leads relating to real estate, corporate holdings and other assets. Use of an asset and ownership must be assessed separately. We research available, lawful sources and explain which connections are established and which questions remain unresolved.

Assignments involving several locations need a common plan: which information is already established, where are measures appropriate and what findings are needed? DETIX coordinates regional steps and carries out investigations nationwide with its own teams. Regional investigator partners complement delivery where the assignment requires it.
If leads point abroad, we agree suitable next steps and the involvement of our international network with you. One established international service area is Mallorca. Local contacts there complement our capabilities; DETIX does not operate its own office in Mallorca.

Can I enquire about an assignment outside the cities listed?
Yes. Frankfurt, Darmstadt and Aschaffenburg are regional examples. Tell us the specific location so we can assess the approach, availability and scope of work. Any commitment to a particular start time follows an assessment.
How much does a nationwide investigation cost?
Costs depend on the question, research scope, duration, staffing, travel and expenses. We discuss the expected costs before work begins. Any extension is agreed with you.
